TEACHERS
Octavi Royo und Anna-M. Otte know each other from Mysore/ India, the "Ashtanga Yoga Mekka", where they spent most of the winter seasons since more then 10 years Both are authorized by there beloved teacher Vijay Kumar from Mysore, whom they assist regulary.
They share the love for Ashtanga Yoga, incredible India, Kirtan Music and Film making.

ACCOMODATION
Hidden in the Western Algarve of Portugal lies the magical place Soulfarm. www.soulfarmalgarve.com.
Located near Arrifana Beach, the place offers lots of nature and opportunities to relax an be with yourself. Accommodation in furnished large tents for two people, or alone for an additional charge, or in a tree house or converted van. Beautifully designed outdoor showers and an outdoor kitchen that can also be used privately create a feel-good home.
FOOD
Yummie vegetarian brunch and dinner are provided by a local chef.
If two meals aren't enough, the shared kitchen can also be used privately.
Please inform us in time about any allergies and intolerances.

Relax, read a book in a hammock at Soul Farm...
Walk through the breathtaking nature to Arrifana Beach (2.5km)...
Rent a bike or scooter and discover other beaches like Praia de monte Clérico...
Visit the small town Aljezur...
Go hiking on the beautiful "Fishermen's trail".
If you have too much energy left, go surfing. Soulfarm rents equipment and offers courses.

Faro airport: 1.5 hours away
Lisbon: 3h away
Arrival from the airport:

- Bolt/Taxi: from Faro 80-130€
- Bolt/Taxi from Lisbon: 150-250€
- Train Faro-Lagos, then bus to Aljezur
- Bus Faro-Aljezur
